Shipping Information
How long does it take to deliver my order?
HOME DELIVERY – Complimentary
Dubai
Delivery Timing:
Same day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 7pm (Monday – Saturday)
Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered next day.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure same day delivery in Dubai on orders placed by 5pm every day, except Sundays. Kindly note some creations might need extra time to be fulfilled impacting delivery.
The final date and delivery time are shared at the delivery step at checkout after entering the delivery address and will also be communicated in the acknowledgement email sent after the order has been placed.
Other Emirates
Delivery Timing:
If the creations are available in the boutique, orders can be delivered in 2-3 working days.
For custom designed creations, speak to your Ambassador for delivery information.
DELIVERY TO TEJORI BOUTIQUES – Complimentary
Order online or by phone and pick up your creation in a TEJORI boutique.
When you are ready to finalise your order, you will be able to select “Ship to a boutique” as a delivery method during checkout.

What shipping address may I use?
Delivery to any of our UAE boutiques. All locations can be found in our “Find a Boutique” section.
Delivery is available across all the UAE. Kindly note that Out of Delivery Areas may experience longer than usual delivery times.
Delivery to hotel receptions is available. Kindly ensure you notify the hotel reception team of a delivery.
Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.
Delivery outside of the UAE is not available from this website. For international deliveries please speak to an Ambassador for delivery information or message us via our Contact us page.
Please note that for security purposes, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any International Forward Shipping services.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
For security purposes, the receiver registered is required to sign for the TEJORI delivery. Please note that some packages will require for you to present an official ID.
May I pick up my online order at a TEJORI boutique?
Yes, you can place your order online or by phone and choose to collect it from any TEJORI boutique of your choice in the UAE. During checkout, simply select the “Ship to a Boutique” option as your shipping method. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
To pick up your order, you are kindly required to bring a valid photo ID (passport, driving license, or ID card) along with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order, and the order must be collected by you personally.
May I ship my order to multiple addresses?
At this time, we are able to ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing multiple orders.
