What payment methods may I use on the website?
Our secure online payment accepts AMEX, Mastercard, VISA credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
Our phone sales payment methods include options of paying securely through a payment link or a bank transfer.

Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.
What payment methods may I use in the boutique?
Our boutiques accept the following methods of payment: AMEX, CUP, Diners, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Ali Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, cash, bank transfer, cheques and a secure payment link.

Can I avail of a tax refund on my order placed online?
General Information:
The refund amount is 85% of the VAT paid less an administrative fee of AED4.80 per tax free tag.
Goods purchased online or via Phone sales should be picked up from our boutiques. Please make sure to select “boutique pick up” as your delivery option upon checkout – not applicable on home / hotel deliveries
Requesting a refund on someone else’s behalf is strictly prohibited.
The tourist requesting the refund must be the same person whose name and travel document number are recorded when issuing a tag. Thus, the invoice must be under the name of the tourist.
Eligibility and Process:
Tourists 18 years old and above and is not a UAE resident, and who is not a crew member on a flight or an aircraft leaving the UAE
GCC residents outside of the UAE are eligible
All goods that attract VAT are eligible except:
Goods (e.g. perfumes) that have been consumed full or partly in the UAE
Goods that have been used fully or partly in the UAE and are not accompanied by original packaging
Goods purchased online or via phone sales, unless it is picked up from the store as a legitimate boutique pick-up order
The tourist requesting the refund must be the same person whose name and travel document number are recorded when issuing a tag. Thus, the invoice must be under the name of the tourist.
The tourist has 90 days from the date as reflected on the sales invoice to export the goods.
The tourist needs to take the goods and travel document (same travel document used to enter UAE) to the airport or border to obtain an export validation.
Goods can be returned/exchanged if the tax-free tags have not been validated and/or refunded yet.
Limitations:
Sales returns and exchanges are not allowed if Tax free tag has been validated at the point of exit and/or refunded to tourist, as per the Federal Tax Authority rules.
Refunds to cards issued in the UAE is strictly prohibited.
Requesting a refund on someone else’s behalf is strictly prohibited.
Cash refund is available after airport security only up to a maximum of AED35,000 per person in any 24-hour period. For higher amounts, the only refund method available is a card refund.
May I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact your Ambassador as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.
Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services it cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.
