Returns and Exchanges

Under what circumstances may I return an item?

Once a creation has been bought, it cannot be returned. All items are considered final sale.

At TEJORI, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. As each piece is meticulously crafted, we do not offer returns on any purchases.

However, if you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of purchase at any of our retail locations. Please note:

Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, undamaged jewellery, accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.

A 30% deduction from the original invoice value will be applied to determine the exchange value.

Customised, engraved, or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange.
