All creations on the website that feature an “Add to Shopping Bag” button on the product page are available for purchase online, subject to availability. If you are interested in a creation whose product page does not show this button, please contact any of our boutiques for further information or message us via our Contact us page.
Please note that a product may be available to order even if the price is not displayed.
How do I know my size?
For assistance in ascertaining the correct bracelet or ring size, please consult our sizing guide in the Services section.

What if a product is unavailable?
If a creation is unavailable for online purchase, please contact us, where an Ambassador will be delighted to assist you with providing further information via chat, phone or email.
What if I can't see the price of a product?
A product may be available to order even if its price is not displayed.
We invite you to Contact Us for information on creations for which no price is indicated on our website. You may also click on the ‘Contact An Ambassador’ link on the product detail page.
Can I get an item embossed?
Embossing is available on certain creations. The product page on the website indicates whether embossing is available for the item.
If you wish to have your TEJORI creation embossed, please enter the text at the time of selecting the creation on the website.
Your embossing request online is case sensitive; ensure that you have placed your request exactly as required. Please note that embossed creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I get an item engraved?
